This is a lovely portrait of a lovely lady, dated 1890's. The photo appears to be from the late Victorian or Edwardian era, likely taken between 1890 and 1910. This is suggested by the woman's clothing, specifically the high-collared dress, the prominent hat with decorative elements. The picture frame had a tilt to it, as seen in pics. Other than that, everything is in excellent condition! Measures 10.5 tall by 9 wide.
