It doesn't affect use.Image 8 shows a comparison with a different puff heart (top).The puff heart (bottom) being sold is an old Tiffany from the Old Tiffany era. Although there haven't been many model changes, there are slight variations depending on the year, such as the thickness of the clasp.I haven't polished it recently, so it's not fully polished, but it will become very lovely with just a little wiping.Because this is a brand item I've cherished, I'm keeping a video record of the entire process, from the condition of the item to the packaging and shipping.
