Fully illustrated assembly instruction, precut plywood with tab and slot assembly silkscreen windows. Has beamed ceilings, paneled doors, window seats, fireplaces and winding staircase. Bookcases, a wood bun, 2 bay windows, and an English garden and fence. I believe all the pieces are there. When I bought it they said they were going to build it but did t and put everything back and forgot about it! Assembly size including fence (25 1/4” w x 18” d x 24 1/4” h).
