There are various amateur repairs.
Both heels have been repaired with Shoe Goo (Photos 6 & 7)
The left buckle area has been repaired with Shoe Goo (Photo 8)

The buckles were from a newly-released, unused item with broken buckles.
I cut and reattached the top and bottom clasp-type buckles.

The buckles look unchanged, but the moving parts are slightly loose.
I don't feel any difference in wear, but please understand that this is an amateur repair and not a ideal one.

I will also include a spare buckle.
(Top and bottom clasp type, I don't know how to remove it)

The box in the photos will be wrapped in a paper bag for shipment.
To prevent any problems, I will take photos of the product and the packing process before fulfillment.
