These are brand just-arrived.... they had feet attached to the bottom, which is all that I needed for a project I was doing. They are made of MDF board and measure approx. 8.5" x 11" from tip of top hat to bottom of sign. superb for using on wreaths, hanging in classroom for decorations, or cutting apart for a DIY project. Can be painted or covered with fabric or just use as is.
