I believe this is an item from ISSEY MIYAKE from around the 1980s. The embroidered details are characteristic of damage-enjoy embroidery, and the color is black and white, making it a highly fashionable piece. I have worn it a few times, but the size was a little small for me, so I hope it fits someone else.
