must-have ! Vintage 1960-70’s Pink Seersucker Cotton Ruffles Long Sleeve Party Maxi Dress S

Happy to be offering this vintage 1960 –70's Groovy ruffle maxi Party dress. This is a fabulous bohemian statement piece so exclusive! 
This is 100% medium to heavyweight cotton seersucker fabric, I did a burn test so I'm positive this is each cotton, pink plaid, all the ruffles have lace trim, ruffle neckline, ruffles along front/back of bodice, long sleeves with a ruffle cuff, extra-long ties attached to the waist, full a line maxi skirt.
This was handmade, it is unlined, I believe this is going to fit a smaller size refer to the actual measurements below for a proper fit.

24 inch sleeves- including the ruffle cuff
28 inch waist (could be made smaller with ties)

53-1/2 inches length (has a 2 1/2 inch hem)
This is in truly nice true vintage pre-loved condition, some of the hemline stitching has come loose, the edges of fabric were not sewn to there a lot of loose threads on seams, I find no holes, tears, or stains.
