must-have ! Chella Bundle Eyeshadow Palette & Dual Liquid Eyeliner

This pretty palette by Chella features 2 shimmer & 2 matte light & medium hues that are day time staples and when the sun goes down, it offeres the ability to transform your eyes into sultry, alluring, sparkling jewels. This palette is brand new, it has no box but it is still untouched & has the plastic protective shield. The dual liquid eyeliner pearl applies with ease with a specially designed tapered brush. The liner is black on 1 end & blue on the other. Both colors have rich, pearl pigment offering a long-wearing, luminous, & smudge proof finish. I only opened these for the pictures, the liner is still wrapped in it's unbroken safety seal. The palette has a couple of tiny scratches on top, see last pic.
