must-have ! Orange Plumeria 9” rooted plant w twin head from cutting

A fully rooted one year old orange plumeria cutting. This may flower this year producing cute tiny flowers. As the plant grows to about 1 ft, the flowers will grow to full size. This is from a 50 year old plant from Hawaii that is growing in Los Angeles. My aunt harvests the flowers to make Hawaiian leis for birthdays and graduations. These like full sun but not scorching hot. My bare root cuttings do not always root and some shrivel up and die but the ones that root are for sale here. So if you buy a bare root you have 50% chance it will root. The plant you get will have no soil but wrapped in wet napkin and plastic wrap as shown to save on shipping. If it has leaves they may fall off in shipping but will regrow just-arrived ones. The plumerias vary in price based on size and shipping weight. I am making these cost-effective since a full size plant, jwhen available can cost up to $50 locally here in Los Angeles.
