    More information about Spiderwort, periwinkle

As seen in the pictures this charming plant and flower are hard to pass up. The pictures have a collection of 10 bulbs showing the height of plant, color of flower and foliage. So this listing is for 10 bulbs ad seen in lasy picture. Description
Ohio Spiderwort (Tradescantia ohiensis) is a clump forming perennial that grows naturally in meadows, along roads, and along woodland margins. It has long grass-appreciate leaves, and the stems have a purple tinge. The purple to rose-blue 3-petaled flowers have bright yellow stamens and bloom tremendously profusely when planted in full sun. Each flower blooms for a single day and shrivels when touched. Cutting flowers back in the summer may result in more fall blooms. Ohio Spiderwort attracts bees, butterflies, and other native pollinators, and it is a larval host for the Golden Looper Moth (shown above). The flowers and stems can be eaten raw, while leaves can be eaten when cooked
