must-have !​ Caran d'ache neocolor ll water soluble wax pastels

40 neocolor ll watersoluble wax pastels in tin box. Never used except to make the color chart in the above pictures. These wax pastels are professional artists quality. I fancy these pastels however I have an overabundance of art supplies and I'm trying to minimize them down to the ones that I actually use.

The Caran d'Ache pastels are considered higher quality than plenty of other brands, with intense pigmentation and smooth applications. Neocolor II Pastels have exceptional covering power and can be used dry or wet, on a wide variety of materials and mixed media.
