This adorable dress is homemade. Skirt and shoulder straps are made with thule. Feathers line the bottom. The front boasts three large pompoms with large buttons attached. The reverse has an adorable, black and white ornate bow made with ribbon with various ribbon patterns. Included with the dress is a red, plush fleece scarf with black ribbon accents as well as black/white polka dot leg warmers. This set would make an adorable ensemble for seasonal pictures! Kept in a non-smoking household.
