must-have ! Verichron Quartz W83 Vintage Anniversary Clock West Germany

This is a nice rare vintage Verichron clock with a Hermle W85 quartz movement that keeps accurate time. The circular pendulum is working and swings sturdy and is made in Germany. The frames and case are heavy brass, solid but showing some age.

It takes one 1.5V AA battery and will last approx a year. It is one of my vantage clock collections with a circular pendulum similar to the actual 400-day clock motion, and is also similiar to the ATOMS clock as well (see video). It also has a Hermle brand magnetic lower pendulum bearing so the rotation is frictionless and the non-spring loaded W85 pendulum rotates/spin well.

The clock is heavy as they are complete brass frames and the plexiglass is clear and in good condition.
