Vintage 1950's Black Velvet Feather Netted Veil Fascinator Fashion Hat
Hat is in preowned vintage condition, assorted signs of wear from age are present. There is a hole in the front of the netting. The feather appears to be lacquered or painted so it is hard. The netting hangs down on the side so I tied it in the back for photos, I believe this is how it is supposed to be worn.
