I believe there's little damage or dirt as it hasn't been used much, but there might be various overlooked, so there could be other scratches or dirt.
After using it a bit, I applied a protective film to the screen, so there might be assorted scratches under the film.
I checked after removing the film, so the film probably has a few dirt on it, please dispose of it later.
The screen has various yellowing due to aging.
